About us
Fyuno is an online clothing brand selling within India. Our products are made to order using a print-on-demand process.
Products are made-to-order
Our t-shirts are printed after you place your order. This means:
- Each item is freshly produced for you
- Standard production time is 1–5 days, based on the product and printing method
- Minor variations in print or color can happen due to screen settings or the printing process
- Once production starts, we may not be able to cancel or change the order
Pricing and payment
- Prices are shown on the product page
- Shipping charges (if any) and taxes are calculated at checkout
- All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways
- We do not store your card or bank details
Orders
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This does not mean your order has shipped, it confirms we received your order.
Order cancellation
Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled. If you want to cancel, contact us immediately after placing the order. We will try our best, but cancellation is not guaranteed once production has started.
Shipping
We ship across India. Domestic orders may be delivered within 2–9 days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
Returns, refunds, and replacements
- Replacements are only for damaged, defective, or wrong items
- We do not accept returns for size issues or a change of mind
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with video/photo proof if you have any issues
Accuracy of information
We try to show accurate product images and descriptions, but slight variations can occur. Colors may look different on different screens.
Intellectual property
All designs, images, logos, and content on this site belong to Fyuno. You cannot copy, use, or reproduce them without our written permission.
Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any illegal purpose
- Place fake or fraudulent orders
- Misuse of our return/replacement process
- Try to hack or disrupt the site
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Fyuno is not responsible for indirect losses or damages arising from using the site or products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
