We’re a small team, and we genuinely want you to love what you get. If something’s wrong, just reach out, we’ll sort it out.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Since our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand), our return policy works a little differently.
When can you get a replacement?
We offer a replacement if:
- Your item arrived damaged
- Your item has a print defect or manufacturing issue
- You received the wrong product (wrong design, size, or item)
When we cannot help?
We do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements for:
- The wrong size was selected by you (please check the size chart before ordering)
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Color differences due to screen/monitor settings
- Minor size tolerance (apparel may have ±0.5 inch variation)
- Damage caused after delivery (wear, wash, misuse)
How to report an issue?
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Use our Report an Issue form on the website, or email us at contact@fyuno.com
- Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Unboxing video (if possible) showing the problem and packaging
Why do we need photos/video?
Our fulfillment partner requires proof to process replacement claims. Without clear evidence, we may not be able to help.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
If a refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).
Order cancellation
Once your order enters production, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately after placing the order, we will try, but it’s not guaranteed.
Wrong address
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses that result in lost or misdirected packages. Please double-check your shipping details before placing the order.
